Integral
ˈɪntɪɡr(ə)l
A function which describes the area under another function. The integral is often referred to as the inverse of the derivative. I.e. if F(x) is the integral of f(x), then f(x) is the derivative of F(x).
Not all functions in Grasshopper have analytic integrals, sometimes the area needs to be approximated, which always introduces a measure or inaccuracy.
