In the Grasshopper interface, the fold-out portion of icon panels. It contains all the icons associated with the panel, including the ones not visible on the panels themselves.

The order of items on a drop-down is determined by several rules, including importance and alphabetical sorting, but may be changed by applying custom layout rules.
