Graft
ɡrɑːft
In Grasshopper, the act of taking all the values in all the twigs of a data tree and putting them all into separate lists. For example a tree containing two twigs with five items each, will become a new tree with ten twigs of one item each. This operation retains all individual values and adds a layer of structural information to a tree. Due to this, grafting is a reversible operation.
