Flatten
ˈflat(ə)n

In Grasshopper, the act of taking all the values in all the twigs of a data tree and merging them into a single twig. For example, a tree containing two twigs with five items each, will become a new tree with a single twig containing ten items. Although this operation retains all the individual values, it does destroy much of the structural information and is therefore not reversible.
