Create a circle which best approximates a collection of points. This is analogous to the Fit Points option in the Rhinoceros _Circle command.

Collections containing three points or fewer can always be intersected in their entirety by a single circle, but four or more points can usually only be approximated.

The underlying circle fitter operates by fitting a sphere and a plane to the point set, then intersecting those two intermediate results. However this ought not matter for the computed results.

Example file CircleNPoints.ghz.Interactive in Grasshopper 2
This example shows how a circle can be fitted to a polar sampling of points. As the number of points increases, the sampling will become less random, and the fitted circle should align better with the ideal unit circle.
