Introduction

Sometimes you want to use some curves that you have created to trim a surface. A common use for this is to apply text curves to a surface so the text can be used to cut the surface and create extruded text.

In the following demonstration, we will place some text curves on a cylinder and use the curves to trim holes in the cylinder.
