Custom Guitar by Cory, Somerset High School

Modeled in Rhino, Rendered in Flamingo

Of all my Rhino drawings I am most proud of this project. My inspiration for this project came from the Ibanez RGT6EXFX Electric Guitar. I worked passionately on this drawing for about 12 hours spending much of my time experimenting with Flamingo and using the decal command. There were many trials before I had achieved the result I was looking for. I made the lightning decal image in Photoshop. This took a considerable amount of time because of my limited experience with this program. Finally I created a standard guitar stand to display the guitar, and I put a sparkle red ground plane and black walls to add the final touches to my project.
