By now - You should have Rhino 7 in stock and:

  • Returned your Rhino 6 commercial upgrades for credit.
  • Swapped your other Rhino 5 and 6 inventory for Rhino 7.
  • Started selling Rhino 7 to your existing customers.
  • Made sure that the Rhino plug-ins that you sell and support work in Rhino 7.
  • Your announcements, online marketing, and web site updates are ready.
     
  • Reminder: You can find the logo graphics here.

09-Dec-2020 - First public announcements begin and:

  • New Rhino web site public.
  • 90-day Upgrade Promotion announced to the public.
  • Online marketing and support materials ready. You are welcome to use any material you find on the New Rhino 7 web pages.
     
  • Note: We will be sending many announcements over the next few weeks. Examples:
    • To existing users on Rhino 6 or older announcing Rhino 7
    • To architects and other AEC professionals announcing Rhino.Inside.Revit, etc.
    • To Maya, Modo, and T-Splines users announcing the new SubD tools

24-Dec-2020 - The final prerelease BETA expires.

10-Mar-2021 - Upgrade Promotion ends.

No price changes except:

  • Commercial upgrade price increased to $/€595
  • A commercial upgrade promotion of $/€395 that ends on 10-Mar-2021

    Reminder: Any older version* of Rhino can be upgraded for the above price.
     
  • Note: Reseller discounts have not changed.

*Rhino evaluation versions are NOT upgradable. You might want to mention this detail in your promotion material.

For more details, questions...

For users that still need additional Rhino 5 or 6 licenses

  • Sell them a full* Rhino 7 license.
  • Direct them to the download page where they can download an older version of Rhino and retrieve a legacy using their new Rhino 7 license key.
  • Keep in mind that they will still only have one single-user license.

*Rhino 7 upgrades are not eligible for legacy.

One more thing - Remind anyone using the LAN Zoo...

  • That they need to upgrade to LAN Zoo 7 (it is free),
  • Or move to the Cloud Zoo (a Rhino Accounts Team).
