Rhino for Mac price increase

Now that Rhino 5 for Mac is nearly complete, the price will increase at the end of the year.

Note: There will be one or two more service releases, but no more major features will be added.

Effective 1-Jan-2017:

Commercial, single user: Old US$/€495 New: US$/€695
Educational, single user: Old US$/€95, New: US$/€195
(School kit pricing will also be available.)
Edu Lab US$/€975, no change
