BackgroundBitmap - Bitmaps are now
optionally stored in the 3DM file and automatically refreshed if the
external version is newer.

Blocks - Blocks can now be embedded, linked, or
linked and embedded. Linked and embedded blocks are optionally updated when the source

Insert: The Insert dialog now has a check box to
display hidden blocks.

By Parent - Object properties can now be set to
"By Parent" so those properties for objects in a block will be
inherited from the insert instance.
